Ensuring that documents which are you no longer need or are required to keep - but contain information which could identify an individual - are destroyed securely will help you maintain your GDPR compliance. We provide you with a certificate of destruction for your records and a paper trail of documents which have been destroyed. We also offer the option of watching your documents being destroyed in our shredder at our Leicester shredding facility.

Scheduled shredding
With a scheduled shredding service, we will collect your documents for destruction on a regular basis (with a schedule agreed upon with you) and securely destroy them and issue a certificate of destruction. We also offer locked shredding consoles for your office.
On-demand shredding
If you're having a clear out after the end of a project, need to dispose of files which have reached the end of a required retention period, or simply don't have enough paperwork to be shred on a scheduled basis, on demand shredding is a perfect solution. You choose when and how much you shred, and simply book a collection or bring your shredding to one of our local Bradshaw Shredding branches. You can book and pay for your shredding and collection (if required) online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hard drive & electronic data destruction
Maintaining GDPR compliance also includes the secure destruction of your digital data - anything stored on a computer, mobile phone, CD, DVD, USB stick, external hard drive, ZIP drive, etc. Simply deleting the information on the drives, or wiping them and reinstalling software on top of them may not be sufficient to comply with GDPR requirements. You need to securely destroy the items in order to ensure you're keeping personal information safe.
